We are looking for an experienced Marketing Coordinator (Part-Time) 0.8FTE to join our growing passionate and professional team. They will coordinate tasks and functions with respect to the delivery of the marketing program across the business with a focus on the design and communications elements of the marketing function, utilising online platforms to execute delivery and support the growth of our business.

Your duties would include:

  • Supports advertising and promotional strategy for the business with the support of our marketing agents.
  • Provides marketing support across media planning, social media platforms, website, print and digital design, while identifying any marketing opportunities.
  • Provides support to the coordination of the media plans, liaising with agency to ensure that all necessary creative is completed to meet publication deadlines.
  • Supports the alignment of all creative campaign elements including print advertising, online advertising, digital assets, direct mail etc.
  • Supports the development of any employment branding materials including, but not limited to, situations vacant advertisements, career brochures, etc.
  • Coordinates events such as sponsorship, conferences, training events, staff events and overseas tours and develops any promotional and supporting materials.

Your skills and experience:

  • At least 2 years’ experience or a recent graduate with work experience.
  • An understanding of social media platforms and how to maximize reach.
  • Some graphic design experience, preferably In-Design.  
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Strong written & verbal communication and ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Initiative, problem solving and ability to juggle multiple tasks.
